A Match above the Rest

Desperate times call for desperate measures.  No-one is more desperate than a working parent, who never had to ask anyone for anything, finding themselves out of work for 6 months and having no inkling from where the next meal for their children will come.  The shame, the embarrassment, and the pressures are all unbelievable and the hunger is palpable. 

To meet the additional requests from those affected by Corona we have increased our distribution of food by 30%, and launched a Matching Gift Campaign to help us raise $500,000 December 15th – 31st.  For every $1 that is given, it will be doubled to $2.  This will cover approximately three weeks of food.

With 1,000,000 people out of work, we need help to keep everyone fed.  We are now giving 6,000 food baskets weekly.  With your help, together we can defeat Israel’s invisible enemy – hunger.
